Miracle Monday: Maria

Happy #MiracleMonday!

Let’s get to know this 12-year-old music lover, Maria. Maria was diagnosed with cerebral palsy, chronic UTI’s, and is blind. She was adopted at age 5, so her medical journey has been a learning experience for both her and her parents. Below is some more fun facts about Maria!

1. What is your favorite color? Purple
2. What is your favorite food? Ice cream
3. What is your favorite movie? Frozen
4. Who is your favorite Disney princess/ super hero/ athlete? Barney
5. What is your favorite holiday? My birthday
6. Where is your favorite place to be/travel to? At home in my rocking chair
7. What do you enjoy doing in your free time? Swimming, listening to music, being read to
8. What are three words to describe you? Beautiful, happy, and joyful
9. What is something you want people to know about your experience/ diagnosis/ condition? I am happy because this is the life I have always known and I love it!
