Miracle Monday: Simon

Happy #MiracleMonday!

Let’s start this week off by meeting 7-year-old Simon. Simon was born at 28 weeks and 6 days, and he was diagnosed with Neutropenia and Severe Reflux. He spent 9 weeks in the NICU, but is now a happy and healthy kid! Here are some more things about Simon so we can get to know him better.

1. What is your favorite color? Blue
2. What is your favorite food? Tacos
3. Who is your favorite Disney princess/ super hero/ athlete? The Flash
4. What is your favorite holiday? Christmas
5. Where is your favorite place to be/travel to? Alabama
6. What do you enjoy doing in your free time? Playing on computer and iPad and with Legos
7. What is your favorite game to play? Robloks
8. What are three words to describe you? Smart, awesome, and kind
9. What is something you want people to know about your experience/ diagnosis/ condition? “As a baby in a box, the doctor’s and nurses took such great care of me, so now I’m a big, strong, 7-year-old!”
